The two main things that I focus on are staying happy and healthy. I put an emphasis on improving running economy with personalized workouts to meet your specific goals.
I believe that consistency is the main driver to keep improving over time. To me, coaching is more than just a few months of training. I prefer a long-term approach, building a plan to help you improve for years to come. I like to always work toward a goal, even it it’s not necessarily a race.
My coaching style is supportive and positive. I can help runners no matter where they are in their journey, from beginners to elite athletes.
